We’re Laurie and Katie Stephenson, the current owners of the business. In 2008 we took over from Katie’s parents, John and Christine Anear, who built the company from a small local cleaning service into one of Bundaberg’s longest-running carpet cleaning and pest control businesses. Their commitment to quality service and strong relationships within the community created the foundation we proudly continue today.

Having grown up around the business, we understand the importance of reliability, honest advice, and delivering results our customers can trust. Our goal is to maintain the strong reputation the business has built over the years while continuing to improve and expand the services we offer to homes and businesses across Bundaberg and surrounding areas.

Laurie specialises in pest control and is particularly passionate about termite management. Protecting homes and businesses from termite damage is something he takes very seriously, and he is committed to staying up to date with the latest techniques, products, and industry standards to ensure our customers receive the best protection possible.

Katie manages the administration and day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that every customer receives friendly, professional service from the moment they contact us.

We’re also supported by our valued team members, Jye and Peter, who specialise in carpet cleaning and pest control. Their experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service help ensure every job is completed to the high standards our customers expect.
